To be worried my cycle has changed?

Since having my DS 2 years ago my period cycle has gone from 28-30 days to 25 days.

It feels like I have hardly any time in between my periods anymore.

Is it a sign of something wrong? They’ve also got more painful, especially in my lower back.

Not a sign of anything wrong, periods do change after pregnancy. It's a bummer when they worse though - mine were all over the place (and painful) before I had ds but regularised a lot afterwards and were much less painful.

Not sure what to suggest as GPs are useless when it comes to female health. Do you have the resources to see someone privately?
