I’m currently self employed working in the property field (doing something I don’t particularly enjoy). Now my kids are older if love to work as a sales negotiator for residential sales. Am I mad? Setting aside the very difficult market at present would this career change be something you’d consider in your 40s? I’d love to hear from you if you work in this field. I really want to work at something I’m passionate about and I do have lots of transferable skills to bring to this.
But I know it’s traditionally a “young” industry and maybe I’m being daft to consider it.
ps: I’d be a really ethical sales agent promise 😉
