Tips to whiten teeth

Has anyone got any tips of how is best to get whiter teeth? Especially front teeth?! Can anyone recommend any products that would do the job but not damage the teeth?

Every so often I make a paste with Bicarbonate of Soda and spread it on my front teeth, leave it on for 10 mins rinse off. It removes the staining from tea/ coffee/ wine that builds up. Completely safe and natural ingredient

Water.

Depends why they are discoloured. If it isn’t staining sat on top of the teeth then bicarbonate or bleach, but if they are yellow because the root is dead then no amount of surface applications will change them.

I also suggest bicarbonate of soda. Once a week or so I take a teaspoon of bicarb and brush my teeth with it. Activated charcoal is also amazing at teeth whitening. I bought some organic activated charcoal on ebay. (It's made from coconuts). You can buy it as a loose powder or in capsules which you'd need to open each time. I make facemasks out of the activated charcoal too. I'm a smoker and avid tea drinker so should, in theory, have stained teeth but these two methods seems to keep them presentable.
