Hello all!

A family member has just been diagnosed with C-19 and is feeling quite poorly. She's a doctor, so it was probably inevitable! I was thinking of sending something to cheer her up, but since she's lost her sense of taste and smell, food, flowers, relaxing lotions and bath soaks, candles and other similar smelly stuff would just seem like a tease!

What would you send?

the only thing I wanted was spaghetti hoops Smile

I got sent a lovely bunch of flowers from my work colleagues, I appreciated them even with out the scent. Anything to distract from the boredom of isolation!

Audiobooks?

flaviaritt · 24/11/2020 13:50

Hot water bottle? Something to read? Body lotion (unscented but nice)?

ArtichokeAardvark · 24/11/2020 13:54

Another vote for audiobooks. Give her an audible subscription for a month maybe?

Luxury hot water bottle cover?
Sheepskin/cashmere etc.
