Horrible itchy rash

Has anyone ever seen anything like this? And if so, have any idea what it could be?

It could be a fungal infection or psoriasis.

I had a fungal rash similar on the back of my neck going up into my hair and my GP prescribed antibiotics fungal shampoo/shower gel and it went in a couple of weeks.

*anti fungal shampoo (not antibiotics!)
