To ask for your top self development/improvement books

I'm in a rut, I feel stuck, I keep dithering and coming up with ideas for changing things in my life, and then backtracking, researching other options, changing my mind, etc.

I want to read a book or two that can give me some clarity. Biggest problems are indecisiveness, lack of direction/purpose, not knowing what I really want, overthinking.

What self development/improvement books have you read that really changed your mindset? Seems like there's a lot of 'ask the universe!' and 'be your best self!' crap out there, I'm looking for something more psychological/insightful

Rich dad/poor dad by Robert kiyoski (you can pick it up 2nd hand online for a couple of pounds) if you want to improve your financial thinking. The luck factor by Richard Wiseman, not a self help book as such but does show you how looking at the world positively gets you better results in life.

Anything by brene brown. She's very down to earth and sensible.

She's all about releasing guilt, blame and shame and emotions that holds us back, while being responsible.

I think a lot of self help books gaslight people or are more about spiritual bypassing of our actual realities.
