to use same job application for two different positions?

I'm applying for two jobs which are pretty much the same. NHS assistant jobs but in different locations. Not sure if they will go to the same person. Seems silly to change the application which I think is very good just for the sake of changing it. Is it OK to use the same wording exactly for both positions? WIBU to do this?

Yes it's fine to do this as long as the person/ job specification is the same for both jobs.

I've done recruitment in the NHS and we often get the same application for jobs with the same person specification. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Could you tweak one a little here and there just in case they do go to the same person?
I've recently applied to several almost identical jobs with the same personal statement tweaked for the place and anything specifically mentioned in the requirements/job description.

I actually hate that more than a simple copy and paste. It's changing it for change sake, rather than to improve upon it.

They're ever so slightly different but only to the extent that I need to add a short paragraph in to one application. Other than that, pretty much exactly the same!

It’s not much different to sending out the same cv so if it’s the same role then i don’t see why not
