I see you have the weights in the background to show the haters you lift.

Can anyone think of witty reply to this please. Iam new to on line dating and rubbish at this. It's in response to a picture I sent of myself.. Weights just happened to be in background.

I think this is about right. Amoebae might be conversationally slicker than that, mind you. I don't see them doing bantz about haters.

Maybe it's an age thing. I understood OP. Don't ask Mumsnet for advice on replying to messages - you'll get told to ignore/block/be downright rude back.

He doesn’t sound like the best audience for a witty reply crowdsourced from a middle-class parenting forum.

Isn’t he just remarking that some people might be horrible (as they are online....) and the weights might be there by as message to those that do? I don’t see it as horrible or dumb or anything sinister. Just a comment, something to talk about.

Either use one of the witty replies here that you like (and that you might have said yourself ) or fess up that they are your brothers.
