Weird Parcel

WeirdParcel2020 · 16/11/2020 15:20

Hello,

My Mum received a weird parcel addressed to her today with no information. She has sent me a copy of the postage label, does anyone know anyway of tracking it back to the branch it was posted from? We need to know if it is from someone we no have longer contact with due to his behaviour.

Thanks

When you say 'weird', in what way?"

We're at risk due to work and part of the training is in identifying suspicious parcels. If this person's behaviour is a threat, then do not open or touch it.

Could be from a brushing scam?

I was thinking brushing scam as well?

Redglitter · 16/11/2020 15:42

What exactly is weird about it?
Doubtful if you'll have any luck tracing it. Royal Mail won't know who's sent it and if its from Amazon they won't tell you anything

I did think brushing scam. However it is a hand written label. Last lockdown the person in question was sending her gifts which we returned. In the parcel is a freaky doll. She opened it, thinking it was from me.

Did it get delivered by Royal Mail? Might be possible to trace if it has a barcode on it that has 2letters, then 9numbers and ends GB. Would possibly be able to see where it was sent from but not who by

It was delivered by Royal Mail and sent via small parcel. I have a BR and a PRN number.
