I have a DD who is 3 in Feb and a 7 month old boy!

DD is at nursery two days a week. She's been off today so nipped out to Tesco then come back had lunch etc and we have just snuggled up to watch a movie. Normally we go to the park most days or do play doh etc hard to keep her entertained for long and i am limited to what we can do as DS now likes to climb and roll and is going through a needy stage, arts and crafts etc we do or baking.

Does anyone else feel mum guilt when you don't make the most of the day??

Yes absolutely. I feel guilty if we don't fill the whole day with stuff. But children need down time too, they're not suffering at all if you decide to sit down to a film in an afternoon x
