AIBU to think that it's complete double standards for Boris to say It ''doesn't matter that we were all doing social distancing'' when explaining his isolation, and yet teachers are only asked to isolate if they have come into 'close prolonged contact' with a positive student. This is defined at closer than 2m for more than 15 minutes. Which of course rarely happens (more likely for support staff) as we have classes of 30 to contend with. More so it shifts the blame onto us with 'well you shouldn't be doing this'.
So how come it doesn't matter if Boris has been distancing- he's still at risk, but for teachers a bit of distance will save us?
