Biden president at 78.

I just don’t really understand... 78? He will be 82 at the end of his term. They’ve made such a big deal about Trump being one of very few presidents who failed to secure a 2nd term so will Biden run again at 82? And then we have a 86 year old US president at the end of that term?

Is the consensus that Biden won’t see out this term and hand over to Harris?

I recall my grandparents needing 2 days of recovery after their UK-SA air travel at a younger age and there is no jet lag to factor in.
How is this guy going to cope? And quite honestly why does someone who should be enjoying their retirement have any desire to be president. I get these men live off power but why do voters think this is reasonable.

@Cacacoisfarraige
The Biden family have profited hugely and enriched themselves by trading on his political career over many years. And yes, that is a problem, and a big one. He is in no position to take the moral high ground over ANYTHING with any other state or political figure.

I am not comparing or contrasting with Trump. I did not like him either, but at least he was transparent. As others in high office may also be.

The Biden, a fifth generation American, also likes to masquerade as Irish, for some unaccountable reason, based on an Irish GGGF. One might ask what he is doing as US president, therefore.
The fact is, he is a pseud and distinctly shady. Dangerous.

Trump was no spring chicken himself

Biden actually calls himself Irish though which is a bit strange. It’s like Boris Johnson calling himself Turkish. Trump was no spring chicken and tbh it showed as well.

DressingGownofDoom · 10/11/2020 19:37

Trump is 74!

This exactly

londonscalling · 10/11/2020 19:42

Nobody seems to comment on the fact that Trump is 74

The buck stops with him though doesn't it? It's not a normal job, it's potentially 24-7 and a hand on the nuclear button.

Biden again was Vice President for 8 years. Anything so pressing that it needed the President awake in the middle of the night he was probably up with them like he was for the capture of Bin Laden.

Despite what Trump has led some to believe, the President has to clear pressing the nuclear button with Congress first just as he does with declaring war.

Biden is a front for the dangerous Camalla or whatever she is called, he will not last 4 years, he is losing his marbles but the MSM kept it quiet!

Camalla is a left-wing nutjob, the USA, if Biden wins (he hasn't yet even though the MSM say he has, which is a lie) will be in chaos once she takes his place.

Remember this or get a bet laid on it!

@Cacacoisfarraige

Why are you fixated on Trump?

I have not mentioned Trump. I do not support and do not like him and am not comparing him with Biden, as I have said.

It is not a zero sum game.

HeddaGarbled · 10/11/2020 20:14

You know what her name is - why are you pretending not to?
@thenighthawk

I love how Biden is being accused of nepotism when trump’s completely unqualified daughter and SIL are running White House policy and appearing at events and embarrassing themselves while advertising fucking beans. And that Ivanka thinks she has a shot at being president.

But Joe Biden has the nepotism problem 😂😂😂😂
Well, according to legitimate sources here, not one allegation of nepotism or corruption against Biden or his family can be substantiated. But I wouldn't totally dismiss the idea that, at some point, Biden may have said to someone, "Hey, why don't you talk to my son?" I doubt that there are many people out there with children of working age who have not or would not do so. But there is no money trail to show more than that simple request. And believe me, people have been looking , not only under every rock in the garden, but under a few rocks that have never been within a mile of the garden!

Aridane · 11/11/2020 00:37

As for Harris, not corrupt but what a wokefest

Eh?

Racism? Where was the racism?

blueangel19 · 11/11/2020 07:36

I hope that people can still give their opinion about Kamala without being called racist.

HeddaGarbled · 11/11/2020 08:29

Deliberately misnaming of the only person who isn’t a white male, as if her name was too ‘exotic’ for people to use correctly.

wowfudge · 11/11/2020 08:43

I predicted last week that Trump will end up in prison and I hope he does. Kamala Harris is an educated, intelligent breath of fresh air and a woman. About bloody time.

MoonJelly · 11/11/2020 08:49

I suspect that part of Trump's desperation to keep power is around the fact that he knows the foreign groups who have been paying off him and his family are going to be unimpressed that their investment has gone tits up and are going to want recompense.
