Not sure what to think of Melania but that's what she wants. She doesn't reveal enough for anybody to do more than speculate.

The two older sons will go back to big game hunting and fighting over what’s left of the family money once the creditors have cleaned them out. Ivanka and Jared will try and go back to being New York socialites but it won’t work. Out of all of the kids, Ivanka has the most allegations of corruption against her. The East coast scene won’t want them around.

I can't feel sorry for a gold digger. Nothing she has done has made me change my very poor opinion of her.

I don't know about that, so long as their cheques don't bounce, they'll be allowed back in to their old fold. Give it time.

She is as bad as him but I do think she will divorce him to separate herself from the lawsuits coming his way.

She married for money and a "genius" green card, she has stayed with him into the White House and brought her family over as fast track immigrants. She has money. She has been happy to support divisive and right wing rhetoric.

I see no evidence that she has lacked agency through any of this.

I actually think differently to this. I think she did very much want the job but wasn't allowed to do it. The title of Mrs Trump is a temporary one. She is his 3rd wife. He has never been married to one of them for more than 15 years. There will be a 4th and possibly 5th. His wives are disposable whereas his children are his blood. At the beginning of the presidency Melania had her nose put out of joint because of Ivanka and since then has been pissed off, but had to suck it up.

This why everything is getting a bit scary. The actual politics and finer points of debate have been lost and replaced by stereotyping and blinkered thinking. People can’t seem to hold more than one extreme viewpoint at a time. Celebrities come out and say so and so is a twat and people think yes I don’t like the look to them either and blindly follow. No one asks why or let me have more information on that policy before making a considered opinion they just look at sound bites and impressions and go hardline. It’s terrifying.
