The Presidential Library is meant to filled with documents handled by the president. His will be filled with Macdonald receipts and wallpapered with print outs of tweets

Kushner is probably being set up to try to look 'reasonable' by being the one who convinced Trump to concede, eyes on a future nomination for president of the United States ??? God forbid any of the bunch will even see inside the white house again.

Ivanka is my bet.

Photo friendly, a woman and savvier than a lot of her family, Ivanka has a taste for this.

I can see her getting more involved in politics without 'Daddy' Trump and succeeding.

My guess is Ivanka has seen what actually working at the WH entails and will stick to reality shows where she can be pretty and dumb.

Even Trump wouldn't be keen again except for his ego.

My one hope about Ivanka’s political ambitions is that I honestly can’t see the misogynistic republican powers that be, wanting to get behind a young, attractive woman. Plus she has already been laughed at on the international stage.

I don't think they will be welcome back there any time soon. Remember the huge billboards in Times Square quoting Jared saying 'New Yorkers are going to suffer, and that's their problem'. They are both pariahs there now.

They'll continue to receive security briefings in case they have advice for the current President or they are asked about it by the Press. I can't imagine that Trump will a) pay any attention, b) have any advice worth even listening to, c) be asked by (most) press.

I can imagine him randomly calling Biden, though.

I've left Facebook for the foreseeable time. Really can't get my head around the vitriol comments aimed at JB but mainly KH. Really disgusting comments. I've reported and unfriended, not that they'll notice or care. So many people making these comments don't even live in the USA.

Really hope this stops now and the country can come together and as the song goes "give peace a chance".

It will be very interesting to see what happens this week, if Trump is unexpectedly running out of steam. This could come to a close sooner than many people expected.

I think the Republican party, having sealed the Senate and got the court they want, will be very happy to see the back of the Trumps. Very happy indeed. Active support for him seems to be non-existent. Moscow Mitch is already talking about next steps 'now that the election is over.' I think that is big.

I cannot see Jared, Donny Jr or Eric getting anywhere at all with a nomination. Pence has much, much more of a chance if they are looking to harness some of the (gag) energy from the Trump term. IMO.

Ivanka will need to prove her mettle against Nikki Haley. She'll fail.

I'm actually not worried about the heirs and spares being much of a nuisance in an active political role. On the telly they can do as much damage, earning more money, and without any of the bother of real work to worry about. They'll pick that.

Re the counting; there’s about 7% of the votes nationally still left to count. Many of those are in California where only 77% of the votes have been counted. Biden’s 75 million votes are going to climb and climb and the gap between he and Trump will likely widen further.

Yeah, I do agree that it's correct to wait for the counting to finish before organs of state make official declarations, unless one candidate concedes (fat chance of that).

However it's also correct for Biden & Harris to hit the ground running and start recruiting to their task forces, as Biden has so clearly won. And the universal call by networks is good enough for me to have hung out the bunting.

That was a very good David Chappelle routine.
