Hi
I'm not sure where the best place to post this is so I've posted here. I bought a baby carrier through a third party seller on Amazon, requested a refund which they accepted as it wasn't suitable. I sent it with the label they provided and the tracking says it was delivered and signed for.
They're refusing to give me refund, saying I have to contact the courier myself which I can do tomorrow. Can anyone tell me what my rights are here please?
