To love little sounds of contentment, no matter who's making them?

These little sounds make me melt. My cat has been more chatty lately, and makes tiny contented sounds in her sleep. I'm also remembering when my ds's were babies, and those cute little sighs and sounds they made after they were all fed and sleeping. Even my bf just made a sweet little sound in his sleep (don't throw up). Horses sighing and relaxing when eating hay, dogs in their sleep ... It doesn't matter. These tiny little sounds are the sounds I love.

As I read this the spaniel on the sofa next to me just sighed contentedly in his sleep. It makes me feel happy too Smile

Ah, my baby does this and I love it! He sighs or hmms in his sleep and I look at his little face and feel the love. My bf chuckles in his and I like that too!

It depends who’s making them for me. Pets and babies fine. My Dad eating going mmm, mmm when he’s chewing makes me want to stab him with a fork.

Yup.... our little dog snuffling contentedly in his sleep always makes me smile

Awwwww, yes. When the cat is snoozing in an especially cosy location, or carrying a sleeping child and they make those little sleepy sounds.

This is making me happy thinking about this!!!

I'm with @IOwnDogsNotFrogs.

There is something about the contented chatter of a class of a children doing artwork or similar (doesn't tend to happen during Maths 😅) that I just love.
When my DC were babies and they'd do little noises of contentment while feeding 😍
