I reckon he is definitely shredding everything and deleting files like crazy.

No need: he's been shredding as he goes.

It's against the law, which demands presidential records be preserved. So the staff at records spent their days emptying waste bins and Scotch Taping ripped up papers together.

Then the Trump administration fired the staff who did that.

So now there may be no record at all.

This is a guy who's spent his career avoiding court convictions. It's not some cute little ditzy old uncle habit, it's one that has served him well for decades.

I think it might be more practical to seal him in there with some staff and run it like The Truman Show. No need for him to know it's all over and he gets to star in another reality show. We can all move on, but occasionally switch over to watching him thinking he's still president and have a giggle.
