Trump could come to the uk via a tier 1 (investor) visa if he was willing to invest £2,000,000 or more in the UK, able to prove the money belongs to you, have a uk bank account and your funds are held in one or more regulated financial institution and free to spend ('disposal') in the uk.

If Deutsche Bank decide to pull the plug on his debt, that could definitely complicate matters...

I know all the east coat and west coast states, but the ones in the middle are placed vaguely in the area labelled Here Be Dragons

I did a road trip across much of the Midwest which helped wonders with state names. There wasn't much there though. And being pre Google there would be the scary moment when you the town the map showed would turn out not to exist anymore just as you were getting low on fuel.

(Obviously there is some stuff there, some of it very lovely but there is a lot of empty too)
