We live in a small modern house with no built in storage and we just seem to be drowning in stuff the whole time. There isn't even a cupboard to stick the hoover out of sight in so it lives in the upstairs corridor and DC use it to jump over for hurdling practice.
Some stuff we can cull and we've made a start on that. But other stuff we do value and use regularly (duplo, train track, doll's house, art stuff, playdoh etc.).
I don't want a show home, which is a good thing because that's not something I'm going to get any time this decade
. I just think we'd all feel happier and more "together" if we were a bit more organised. Work is busy atm as well and everything feels like such a muddle.
Any ideas welcome!
