Pricing at hairdressers

So I'm not sure if this is normal or not as maybe I'm.out of touch.
I wanted a full colour and some highlights as well I have done this many times.
I had booked in for a full head colour via treatwell cost of £52 and mentioned to the salon today that I wouldbt mind having highlights in as well and how much extra would it be.
She said it's a separate service and highlights are around £80.

I would expect to pay 80 for colour and highlights together as one as not so long back this is what I paid

It's £110 for highlights and cut and finish where I am, more for a full head.

I had full head highlights, wash and blow dry with NO cut and it was £95 last weekend.

Depends where you go. I get the full lot (Full head, additional Highlights/lowlights and a cut) for about 95 pounds.was about 80 pre Covid though.
