To report my neighbour?

I mean, I'm probably not actually going to, I'm just feeling a bit sorry for myself and feel like venting.

So my NDN is mid 30s and lives alone. She did have her young daughter living with her but for whatever reason the daughter appears to be living with GPs now. For the last few weeks NDN has basically had an open house. People coming and going, lots of noise, music, drinking, smoking weed etc. We're in Wales so have been in lockdown for over a week and were in an area with extra restrictions before that but she's carrying on without a care in the world. I know the police have already warned her at least once (I didn't call them) but it's changed nothing.

Yes, I know - not my circus, not my monkeys and I need to mind my own business. It's just that I have a health condition which means that I have barely left the house for months and my family have been so careful and I still developed a cough yesterday which means I've had to isolate and order a test and listening to her blatantly breaking the rules is really grating on me tonight.

Like I said, just feeling a bit sorry for myself and wanted to vent.

The rule breaking isn't your business. The noise is though.

The noise, while irritating, isn't enough to make a noise complaint. Thin walls so I can hear music, raised voices etc but nothing the police or council would actually do anything about.

Yes, you're right, the rule breaking isn't my business. I'm just fed up of listening to it.

I couldn't bring myself to report someone. It feels too much like Nazi Germany to me! I don't agree with breaking lockdown but I also don't agree with becoming government spies when they themselves don't follow the rules.
If the noise level is high at antisocial hours of course report to environmental health as you shouldn't have to live like that.
