To ask how much screen time you use?

I used to use about 14 hours a day
I just got the notification come up, saying my screen time was down 5% last week, for a total of 8 hours 51 minutes a day

Bloody hell! Mine was 4.5 hours which I thought was excessive 😬

I know! That's not even including the time i put my phone down to go on my computer

Mine is similar but I have a library app on my phone so I'm always reading.

(That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!)

Golly, mines about 3-4 hours usually & I thought that was awful.

5hrs last week, up 83% but I’m a teacher and was on half term. I expect it to drop again this week

Over 7 hours normally in my defence I think that includes Audible time?!

Mine is about 8 hrs a day but that includes the time I spend using it for work, which is at least 3-4 hours a day.

Quite a lot, but I do run my business online.

But I'm not really fussed about screen time, tbh. I walk 6-10km a day, get outside whatever the weather and do other things to.

I don't see the internet and screen time as being a big evil thing. It's just another way of passing the time.

I used 90 mins one day last week, my house was tidy, everything sparkled

My last “ reading” was 6 hours 30 minutes a day

I read a lot or play games, at the moment I’m enjoying looking at Christmas stuff.
