So yesterday I noticed one of my back top teeth is rotten.

It’s half black and half white.

My dentist cancelled my last appointment in Jan and I haven’t bothered to rebook because of the pandemic.

I hate going anyway and my previous dentist left and I do y’know this guy.

I feel so skanky and awful about it. Has anyone else has else has this happen? Sad

I had a tooth out a few weeks back having ignored the pain thinking I wouldn't get seen due to covid. The day ot got unbearable I phoned and it was removed at 1200 that day. Felt a bit daft but I can't imagine I was the only one.

She did have a brief moan at me for having left it but then was distracted by it breaking up so wasn't too cross! Its fine now by the way.

On of my wisdom teeth is like this.

It Only ever partially came up, and it’s really sensitive, and I think subconsciously I haven’t brushed it properly due to this.

Anyway, it’s definitely got slightly black, although my dentist says not much point in removing it due to it’s positive took and the fact it’s not rotten throughout. Embarrassing though.

Are you sure it's rotten? Usually you'd have noticed pain, bad breath or an unpleasant taste.
