Work you cant do from home so I guess so. I'm waiting to hear from my hairdresser she goes by her liability insurers take on things. Do you have cover?

I'm interpretation is that you can because it's work that you cannot do from home, however your clients may not want you to come. If both you and clients are happy to continue then I don't think the rules would prevent it.
