To assume I have thrush?

Started antibiotics last Friday - I still have 3 days to go.
Vulva itchy since yesterday and worse today. Discharge not obviously cottage-cheesy, but much less of it and thicker.

WIBU unreasonable to assume I have thrush and get a tablet from the pharmacy now? Or is that going to make me feel worse given I still have 3 days of antibiotics?

I often get thrush when I take antibiotics and usually get thrush treatment at the same time. No reason why they should interfere with each other but you could always ask the pharmacist about your specific tablets.

I wouldn’t wait three days in discomfort for no reason.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if Id cause more harm than good if it's not actually thrush. Basically sitting in e45 right now!

I would take the thrush tablet now.

Antibiotics give me thrush, always fun on top of whatever illness I'm being treated for....
