(Lighthearted) To move out if he keeps snoring and clicking at night?
He sounds like Bigfoot when he snores, lying on his left side, back or tummy and clicks lying on his right side (can on be described as a very large bubble popping in the back of his throat)
Any others suggestions?

Separate bedrooms. We have them, it's lovely. We are always welcome to visit the other one but we sleep undisturbed. Makes us much happier people during the day.

My ex did was the same! An anti snoring spray thing helped with the clicking. But the snoring was torture.

DramaAlpaca · 29/10/2020 00:25

Separate bedrooms were the only solution for us, and the reason we're still married Wink

EyelinerRocks · 29/10/2020 00:31

Separate bedrooms 100 per cent

JamieFrasersSassenach · 29/10/2020 00:36

I feel your pain OP - the snoring is one thing, but the clicking, OMG the bloody clicking - I hate it with a passion! Definitely go for separate bedrooms if you have that option

ToLiveInPeace · 29/10/2020 00:37

Ask him to be tested for sleep apnea or other problems - untreated sleep apnea comes with a lot of serious health risks. And yep, separate rooms...

DaisyFamily · 29/10/2020 10:55

He's refusing to go to the doctors, we unfortunately don't have a spare bedroom. Looks like it's sofa still for me then!

Foam earplugs. Sounds in the bedroom - echo dot plays sleep music. Cold air humidifier. Sleep spray.

Pinkfluffyunicornsdancing · 29/10/2020 11:41

Sofa for him. It's not you snoring.

mrsbyers · 30/10/2020 07:54

We have separate bedrooms and I still need industrial earplugs , staying in a hotel or guest room is dreadful ... but he had his tonsils out and loose skin at the back of his nose / throat removed to try and fix it so he did what he could

Oh? He's refusing to go to the doctors is he?! Doesn't he care that your sleep is affected? Hmm
