Had an absolute shocker of a day at work yesterday, being accused of not caring, money grabbing, taking advantage of people. On a day where the veterinary profession has lost some members to depression please just remember your vets do care.

I adore our vet! I’m a first time dog owner and she’s been a massive help

Didn’t realise they have such a hard time

Would also like to say have only ever encountered professionalism and kindness from vets. In particular my local vet and vets at the animal hospital where my darling girl ended her days last year could not have been more wonderful.

It must be a terribly stressful job having to see stupidity, sadness and cruelty on such a regular basis.

Our vets are lovely, and charge about the same as you. I cannot understand why people expect animal care to be free. Or why they are rude. Am I getting older or are people in general getting ruder?

Thanks for you and thank you for doing your job in tough circumstances.
