Ok so I'm unashamedly posting in AIBU for traffic.

AIBU that I have a whole Camembert, a bottle of Malbec and a need to watch the scariest fucking film you can recommend on Saturday night?

Hit me with your scary films. Aliens aren't scary. Saw shat me up.

Just watched Would You Rather - definitely not scary but was a good film. I did not expect the ending

I love horrors and one of the only films that has given me nightmares is The Unborn 😱

AgentCooper · 28/10/2020 19:04

I’m going to say the Blair Witch. I can barely go to the toilet alone every time I watch it.

TheBlessedCheesemaker · 28/10/2020 19:09

No gore, but truly horrific if you are a mum... the orphanage. I couldn’t sleep for two nights, I was so freaked out by it.

Wolf creek films

Ageee with Sinister and the original Ring.

I stumbled across a random British horror recently that really freaked me out - about a man hiding in a family’s roof space. Think it was called Hangman. Very dark

For something truly fucked up, the French film Martyrs

JesusInTheCabbageVan · 28/10/2020 19:34

@TheBlessedCheesemaker in a similar vein - The Babadook.

BrimFullOfAsher · 28/10/2020 21:17

Has anyone else seen The Last Horror Movie?

From what I recall it was a pretty awful film lol but one that gave me nightmares and really stuck with me lol
