Cabinet debates - how could they be more accessible to voters?

Most of us get updates of the government through news media. There's no shame in that - we are busy doing our own jobs and can't access debates and discussions live so we catch up via our preferred media after the fact - but we all know every media outlet is biased. The only way to 'decide' for ourselves is to be engaged 100% of the time which isn't possible for most - so how can we encourage voters to switch on to see what's happening?

I was just watching Hamilton for the nth time and thinking how more exciting and engaging debates would be if we had epic rap battles like Cabinet Battle #1.

Or watching a socrates-esque argument arguing values would be amazing to watch.

What would your suggestion be?

(designed as a light hearted discussion but would be interested in hearing serious views too).
