Last week, Keir Starmer brought up the roadmap out of Tier 2 and Tier 3 at PMQs and got dismissed by Boris Johnson. 50 'Northern Tory MPs have written openly about how they get out the roadmap.
There's concern about the quality of education received - and the impact of GCSEs etc - as pupils in the North have been disproportionally affected, schools closed, teachers off etc. Again - the Government is adamant that GCSEs will go ahead as normal with little change.
FSM disproportionally affect children in the North. We can all see the effect of the last few weeks - and there's obvious concerns from some Tory MPs about that.
Keir just needs to keep bringing these issues up, Johnson will dismiss them as he plays to his backbenchers, and will forget that there are many Tory MPs from red wall seats who are worried about how this plays out.
Hubris, Johnson, hubris.
