To worry about STIs

I'm separated and have had sex with 2 men in a year. Used condoms both times. I'm on the dating scene atm. Obviously I was married so didnt worry about STIS but I do now with dating etc. Anyone else worry about this.?

It's not unreasonable to practice safe sex but I wouldn't get too worried about it! Condoms is a good way to start and regular health check ups with gp and staying aware of your "normal" so you can see any symptoms or irregularities. Be conscious of your health and safety but no need to get stressed out over it :)
