Check if school have an education city account for him, ours do and the children are able to log in at home and finish school activities or do others they haven't done at school which feeds into the teachers planning for lessons.

Busy things is great but you need to pay unless school have a subscription. Oxford owl have a limited number of books online and Phonics bug online are also good.
