Slated a colleague after a phone call and neglected to hang up I feel sick to my core

Please tell me I'm not the only one who has made such an error?!?!

Oh god! I started slagging one off on a call. Hadn’t realised she’d joined the call.

Learned my lesson not to slag people off 😳
