I want to change from my current provider to EDF Energy. Or do I?!
I got a message from them saying they will switch me over on 5 November but I won't their their key (I am prepayment) until 3 December! They say just pay your old supplier until your key arrives.
How does that work?! So confused. Won't I be on EDF rates come 5 November? Will my old provider still let me buy electricity from them when my supply is coming from EDF?
I also want to change to a credit meter (this place was prepayment when we moved in) but I don't suppose there's much chance of that at the moment due to COVID.
They have WhatsApp as a means of communication but I've been waiting for a reply from them since 10:15am.
