To be concerned about my foot

I trod on a rusty nail nail today and it went through my shoe and punctured the skin it only bled slightly and it's only s slight mark but its throbbing like mad. I am diabetic should I see the doctor or leave it.

Also worried about tetanus although this was indoors not out

Of course you do. Sepsis, tetanus, other infection...you need to be seen.

You should see someone, you are more likely to get an infection due to your diabetes

Because if your diabetes yes definitely see someone.

I’d probably go for a tetanus jab if it broke the skin

See a doctor.
