To not sleep tonight?

I have to be up at 6am, and I am not in the slightest tired! I may have slept until 12pm today.. Blush is this a really bad idea? I'll be at college 4:15pm and I don't get home until 5:30pm!

Yabu - even 2 hours sleep is better than none
Yanbu - don't sleep now and just catch up when you get home!

I prefer no sleep than a little sleep, I feel worse after an hour or two than none. You know your body best, if you cope better with none then just stay up.

I should be asleep now too but I'm on mumsnet. Not following my own advice! There's no way you'll get any benefit from college tomorrow unless you get some sleep tonight though.

Having calculated that I've been awake since 7 a.m. yesterday, I can see why you're not sleepy. But if I had to go and do several hours work now I would be pretty useless.

Can you put something boring on Youtube to see if that helps you to nod off?

MinnieJackson · 22/10/2020 09:16

Morning op! Did you make it to college?!

jennie0412 · 22/10/2020 19:03

@MinnieJackson I did! Barely, I woke up 15 mins before I needed to catch the bus! Blush
