Obviously Serco and Deloitte aren't fit for purpose. Get the money back, set up test and trace from the north, employing all those out of work. We might then actually have a chance of doing what doesn't seem to be beyond the wit of (wo)man in NZ and others. £12 billion + another 57 million dished out to incompetent friends who can't trace a fart sounds a lot like theft. Let's ask for that money back and give it to the NHS to do the test and tracing, AIBU?
