Ebay wouldn't let me swear!

I was leaving feedback for a duvet cover set I bought, and wrote:

Quick delivery, feels a bit cheap and plasticky, not like normal bedding.

Ebay refused to accept this feedback on the grounds that they did not allow swear words, until I changed one word - can you spot the swear word here?

Something about plasticky? Not sure what though!

Bedding?

CovidNightmare · 19/10/2020 22:12

bit ch eap

FlamedToACrisp · 19/10/2020 22:16

It was in fact 'bedding' - when i changed it to 'sheets' they accepted it.

Good idea, though, CovidNightmare, I hadn't spotted that. I just changed one word at a time and kept re-trying.

I kept trying to spot a read through or a word within a word, read it through several times... well done @CovidNightmare!

Going to be a bit of a bugger selling bedding plants on eBay next spring. 🤨
MyShinyWhiteTeeth · 19/10/2020 22:45

Sellers can somehow get neutral and negative feedback removed so I'm not sure what the point of it all is.

Postage not combined as stated and seller was rude in communications - removed within a week despite clear evidence that it was a truthful comment.

And yet if you search for bedding in eBay, you get 481,829 hits!
