Which one is better? And with fasting do we have to sign up or will the book on Amazon be enough??

I found 5:2 very effective (is that what fasting 800 is?)

Signed up to Fast800 - have lost over a stone in 3 weeks. Menu plans and shopping list function very helpful.

I started the Fast800 on Oct 1st and have found it very satisfying.

I bought the book when it was 99p on kindle and think it's probably important to read the book.

I bought the recipe book for ideas and have been enjoying the meals. I haven't signed up to the paid for program but if you're in the NHS you get it half price.

There is a thread for the blood sugar diet and Fast800 over on the diet hoard.

I've done Slimming World before and I'm enjoying this far more and have lost far more weight far faster than SW.

Fast800. I've just lost 3 stone in 12 weeks and was never hungry. The 800 cals were made up of super nutritious food (with particular reference to the broccoli food group!). Good luck!

Headspinner2020 · 19/10/2020 23:28

Thank you all!

I never get on with SW as there is too much freedom for me and I loose self control with portions. Thinking the fasting one may be more suited.

Wow, 1 stone in three wks. Well done!

Neither. Both are unsustainable, the fast 800 one more so
