To ask if anyone knows why I could be getting these wounds?

Recently I’ve been a bit itchy as if I have a bite, and I’ll scratch but not massively hard or aggressively. They very quickly turn into big, sore wounds that leak fluid. I’ve got one on my leg and now one on my bum cheek (?!). Anyone know what this could be?! I can’t find much online. Would go to the GP but I don’t want to waste appointments as it’s not a huge deal

I do think you should speak with your GP. And I wouldn't rule out C-19 either. As someone else pointed out, skin rashes & sores are some of the less expected symptoms associated with Corona virus. The C-19 App asks you the following questions:

Have you had any raised, red, itchy welts on the skin?
Have you had any red/purple sores or blisters on your feet, including your toes?

Don't discount fleas - our cats had them, but I couldn't see any on them at all, they'd been treated - the only indication was that DS3 was covered in bites. I changed the washing powder because I thought it was irritation from that. Until I saw that the sofa was hopping with fleas. Treated everywhere and the cats with stuff from the vets - all sorted.
