To ask if this is an evap or bfp

Posting on here for traffic, also posted on conception board. I'm 8 days late for "af" but on the mini pill so this isn't uncommon for me. I took a tescos own pregnancy test this morning with fmu and left it in the bathroom, when I've gone in about 20 minutes later this line was there. I'm just wondering if this is a bfp or an evap as I know these tests are known for awful evaps

It looks like a very faint line to me. Maybe leave it a couple of days and try a clear blue digital?

I’ve seen a lot of these threads before - all I can say is when I have been pregnant it has been blindingly obvious from the test, even when testing early on.

I've used these tests.. and always had fake positives (Evaps)

I'll be honest like PP. every time I've been pregnant, I've got clear faint or clear positives even up to a week before I was due.

If you're 8 days late I would assume this is a evap! Do you want to be pregnant?

Just took a pink dye test strip and it was negative, will test again with fmu just to be sure

Virtually certain that is an evap. The fact it’s so blurred on the edges is usually the give away - even very light positives tend to be thin with a clear boundary.

If it didn't come up in the 3 minute window I would assume evap line. When I was TTC I came back to a test with a line that had been there about 10 mins and it turned out to be negative.

They are invalid if not read in the time stated.

Don't think I'll be using these tests again, this is the second time this has happened to me and everytume it puts the fear of God into me

I'd say evap as this far late it should be darker than that. I'd give it a few days and check with a pink dye though just be sure.

That's a negative test.
