Posting here for traffic. I’m having a tough week feeling low and like I can’t face the world. I’m struggling to deal with work, can’t concentrate, feeling inadequate and fragile. I’m not sleeping either, waking up for hours during the night.
Thing is I know this is hormone related as I’m usually happy and confident (do have moments of insecurity as I work in a tough industry). I actually felt like getting drunk to obliterate how I feel and I don’t even drink!
Any tips on how to help yourself when you feel this low
