Beppy sponges. Anyone used them?

Sorry, can't post in sex as fairly new, and got zero replies on women's health. Yes, IABU.

I've had mirena coil inserted. Bleeding is shit and has been going for nearly 4 weeks. New partner is fine with period sex but I'm not keen. I've bought some beppy sponges which my friend who used to be a sex worker suggested. She says they're amazing, but I'm just looking at it and wondering if they really work! Has anyone here used one? Or similar? This bleeding is really getting me down.

They do work! I swore by them, just remember to take it out afterwards. If you feel self conscious you could also use dark coloured bedding if you have any.

Just put a little lube on it before it goes in.

I never had a problem with that but I never used them on my heaviest day, I suppose it depends how heavy your flow is. Unless it's heavy you should be fine.
