Middle DC has some nasty D&V bug.
I’ve meticulously scrubbed my hands after every vom clean, kept the kids apart I am infection control extraordinaire! (Unlike flipping school clearly Hmm).

In my exhaustion haze I’ve just cleaned my teeth with her toothbrush that she used post vom last night Envy

YANBU - you’re fucked
YABU - think positive Colgate kills bugs...

I was hardly ever sick when my kids were.yabu.

Hopefully a night stewing in residual toothpaste will have killed the bugs! It seems like a relatively low risk of transmission, so think positive. I’ll keep fingers crossed for you Flowers

No idea, but please let us know either way. I never got it when my children had it and they ended up sleeping with me when they were not well.

DilemmaDerby · 14/10/2020 08:26

Yes she slept in with me too, and managed to vomit everywhere apart from the buckets and copious towels laid out. Quite a skill set!

Thank you for the positivity!

Most times I haven't caught it from them, but when I have I only had a mild single bout of diarrhoea! So hopefully you'll escape lightly! This was even the case when two of my children and my husband were all vomitting together!
