To have expected more offers?

We’ve been on the market 7 weeks. Had 40+ viewings and one ropey offer. We’ve dropped the price by 15k had another 6 viewings and no offers. Feedback from agents is a bit crap- only had feedback from about 5 viewings and nothing really comes out as a theme: one thought too far from station, another thought roof pitch too shallow someone else wanted a bigger living room etc..
With so many people through the door AIBU to expect more offers or is this the way it is at the moment? (In London for context)

It’s a very difficult time for selling property. That said, 40+ is a lot of viewers to only have one offer.

I know it’s hard to look objectively at your own home, but is there anything you think might be an issue? Things like distance from the station aren’t within your control - but is the living room stuffed with furniture, which could be making it look smaller? Are there areas that are cluttered or have no clear identity?

Yikes that’s worrying, we’re selling soon and in London too.

What’s your house like, semi, near schools etc?
