Aibu to ask you how to fold a joolz pram

I know I am being unreasonable to post here but very desperate.
We have brought a second hand joolz pram 2015 we know it can fold as it was pictured unfolded and posted folded. We have watched multiple YouTube videos but are still unable to fold. Please help, been unable to take LO for a walk that isn’t very local as can’t fold them damn pram to put in the car.

I have a joolz day and took me a while to get the knack, basically push handle all the way down to the lowest setting and then push in the buttons and steadily but firmly push down - put your foot on the base unit as you need that to give you the pressure.

I had to watch a couple of YouTube videos too and it took a bit of practice but now it’s second nature and I never have a problem.
