I have come down with flu. I’ve been socially distancing, I’ve worn a mask all the time when out shopping, I’ve been working from home, only contact has been with DH (also working from home) & the kids, one of whom goes to school, the other is a baby. Baby had a minor cold a week ago but otherwise we’ve all been fine.
So fucking annoyed. Haven’t been around anybody this ill & I’ve literally been streaming for the past 3 days. Bones and body ache, my head has just exploded. Always happens, every sodding time, it’s me that gets violently ill & then passes it onto the rest of the family.
How the fuck can I get flu under these conditions? I’ve been so so bloody careful. And now I’m worried about the inevitability of catching a virus if it’s in circulation. It seems it gets you no matter what. FFS
