Working with children who are isolating and ready to pack it all in

Basically as the title says really.
How is anyone supposed to get any work done with isolating children at home. One asd and one toddler. It's impossible but I'm expected to do it and work has been crazy busy today. I have logged on at 7am and not stopped as it's been problem after problem.
My children need me and I just feel under so much pressure.
I have two meetings this afternoon and I just can't concentrate or remember what I'm supposed to do with two high needs children in the background.

Please give me some tips and save my sanity. Aibu to be unable to do this again after the initial lock down. It was hard enough then. I can't keep doing this every time we need to isolate.

It sounds incredibly stressful. We managed lockdown by dp and I coordinating important meetings around each other so the parent who was only doing regular work could keep the dc away from the parent in a meeting. We also had a colour code - green meetings were with my team and the dc could pop in if they need anything, Amber meetings were only to be disturbed for serious reasons, red meetings could only be disturbed if someone was at serious risk (and generally I only had these when dp was available to run interference).
