So I ordered some kitchen items worth the retailer SWAN online, direct from them, amounting to £99. When I received my order, none of my items where there but there were 3 items that had no relevance to what I ordered and was less value to the items I ordered, in the package was an invoice for the items I actually ordered but with 3 random things that I didn't order !! I called their number and it says they are closed to to corona virus, then I email them, no response, then I contact them on Facebook messenger, no response, I write in their Facebook page, no response. I read previous reviews on their Facebook page and people are saying the same things, problems with orders and they never respond to customers yet are advertising their recent products on there in a daily basis! Now I'm going to have to jump through hoops going to my bank to get a charge bank but have to print out pictures and forms to send to the bank 😡
