I’ve been told I’ve either got to move mental health teams to my local cmht but it’s awful as is my gp here. I didn’t want to move here but had no choice in the matter I would rather not go into why. Or be discharged back to the gp. Surely I either meet the criteria for services or not. They have said I’m a chronic case so these not much point anyway. I’m in my mid 20’s I’ve been ill since I’ve been a teenager but have had periods of being more stable.
